Do you have coverage through a carrier that's not listed here? Our offices are happy to do a complimentary benefits check prior to your visit to ensure that our providers are in-network for your particular plan. If we find that we are out of network for your plan, we definitely have options for you.

No Insurance? No Problem!

Our Discount Plan

We offer an affordable in-office discount plan that allows individuals and families to receive reduced fee dental services.  it covers you (and your family if applicable) for 12 months from the sign up-date.  A 25% discount will be applied to all Usual and Customary Rate (UCR) fees for any treatment that is needed.

 

Your annual membership includes all exams and corresponding x-rays for 12 months.  Also included is one free prophylactic (simple) cleaning.  This plan is transferable and/or able to be used at any Open and Affordable Dental location.

 

This plan is great for folks without insurance, retirees, students, and small business owners!

 

The individual plan is $200.

The family plan, which covers children up to their 26th birthday, is $300.

Types of Payments Accepted

Payment Plans through Care Credit

We accept Care Credit, the most widely used health care financing company.  If you would like to spread the cost of your dental care over a longer period of time, ask us about Care Credit.

We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and cash

We make it easy to pay for your care by accepting all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.  We also accept personal checks.
